French Dressing



Put into Cuisinart and beat:

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
cup olive oil
cup vinegar
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
4 teaspoons sugar

Add and beat:

cup olive oil

Add and beat:

cup vinegar
cup olive oil

Peel and add one whole garlic clove. Pour into narrow jar with cover. Refrigerate.  Remove garlic clove after about 5 or 6 days.  Take from refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Shake well to emulsify.  Keeps refrigerated for several weeks.
