ORANGE CRUSH

Harvest-laden wagons were hauled by horse to market in the old days, but nowadays wagons are more likely used for decoration, such as this one at the Wentworth Hotel. The oranges, reds and yellows of the season permeate our surroundings at this time of year and are reflected throughout the news-tidbit column called Rye Crisp. (Jim Cerny photo)
