Coffee Marshmallow Dessert and Leftover Supreme

To one cup of hot strong coffee, add 20 large marshmallows. Mix until marshmallows melt. (If necessary, put into a double boiler until all is melted.) Put into the refrigerator.

When mixture begins to jell, add 1 cup of heavy whipped cream. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon into dessert dishes. Add whipped cream if desired.

Not many of us are fortunate enough to have leftover lobster hanging around the fridge. The first time I enjoyed this treat, it was made from lobster left over from a great feast the evening before. You certainly can visit the fish market for cooked lobster meat.

Place your lobster meat (cut into small pieces) in a bowl and sprinkle it with a touch of white vinegar.

You will need a loaf of the original white Pepperidge Farm bread and a stick of spreadable butter.

No mayonnaise.

Take two slices of bread. Spread both sides of the bread with butter. Donít be stingy. Place your lobster pieces on a butter covered bread slice. Cover with the other buttery slice.

Grill your sandwich in a skillet as you would a grilled cheese sandwich. The butter on the inside will melt onto the lobster. The outside will be brown and toasty. You will be transported to culinary heaven.
